Of course we can't say anything for certain yet, but it's implied. When Lynn joked to Jennifer that she was Vixen, Jennifer seemed convinced for a moment, which is unlikely if Vixen is fictional in that world.

Besides, it doesn't matter. The concept of Supergirl exists there, which is incompatible with Earth-1 regardless of whether she's real or fictional. If there were a fictional Supergirl on Earth-1, then Barry Allen would've recognized her as a fictional character brought to life when he first met her. Instead, he'd never heard of anyone Super.
 
I just read that on IGN. Shame it’s only 3 parts this time round but I suppose that means they can cut all that romance nonsense for it. The ArrowVerse shows are really bad at that.
 
It looks like both the Flash and Supergirl segments are on "special nights," no doubt dictated by the needs of the story order. The fact that they're closing with Supergirl could fit the hypothesis that Batwoman resides on Earth-38; maybe the story begins with Supergirl summoning the Flash and Green Arrow for help, which is why we start out on Earth-1, and then the main action takes place on Earth-38, hence ending up on Supergirl. Or... not. We'll see.

Looks more like a donkey to me.
I know the Superman issue has been a hot topic but if a major event is happening there, then he would be called out. It would be like a crisis happening on Earth 1 and Arrow doesn’t show up.

The Superman issue isn't a hot topic, it's the definition of beating a dead horse.

Well that gives it more credence that it’s Earth-38.
He really should have been in the previous crossover as the Fuhrer
 
Hmm... When they cast Lois, I hope they remember that Supergirl is set when Superman has been around for a decade and a half, so Lois should be in something like her early 40s. Erica Durance would've been a good fit if she weren't already playing Alura.

Anyway, it'll be great to see Superman again and finally meet Lois. And it'll be cool to see Barry and Oliver getting to meet Superman.
