Wow. It's certainly very busy and colorful.
In fact it almost looks like something the 6th Doctor would be at home in.

Pretty complex compared the the other control rooms. What happens if someone fell through those holes in the bottom floor.
Don't like the rest of it. Too mechanical. The TARDIS should look organic, like something that was grown; otherwise, it's just another boring ol' time machine and there's nothing special about it.
I like it though I would assume the Tardis doesn't shake as much as normal since theres no banisters and falling off the lifted console area would hurt![]()

Remember: the whole "grown" bit was taken from a cut (therefore non-canonical) scene from an episode, and it was Moffat who established in Time Crash that it was simply a desktop theme. The TARDIS may have intelligence, but it is a machine. Just like K-9.
I for one am glad to see things move away from the organic. I didn't dislike it, but it was one of the few creative decisions RTD made that I wasn't a big fan of. That and the fact we almost never saw any other part of the TARDIS except the console room and clothes closet.

Looking "mechanical" and "another boring ol' time machine" seemed to hold it in good stead for 26 years.
If by "hold it in good stead" you mean "had the reputation of a cheaply-produced, poorly-acted children's program with no mainstream success or respect," you are completely accurate.
