In the 'End of Time', the 10th Doctors mentions the 'Skaro Degradations' as one of the many Time War horrors, so clearly Skaro is inthe Time war somehow and not destroyed, unless its New Skaro or something.
Now this is extra cool. RTD (and his partner) have loaned their Dalek to the Production.

Dalek Storm...that's the one that was conceptualized for the aborted "Dark Dimensions" production and the design later "refined" by MechMaster, which, in turn, served as the primary reference for building a full scale prop, right? It has two friggin' huge side mounted cannons (making the Special Weapons Dalek look diminutive in comparison), no?
