I haven't seen red lines like that since... Akiraprise! Now, it's entirely possible that CGI models started from same template. Doesn't mean they are actually related in-universeAnd I think they're were created from the S31 Drone model

Ha, forgot about the Dyson door for Spacedock, though that was more literally reusing footage than reusing assets. The worst reuse was the Yellowstone runabout leaving the Dyson sphere, which was supposed to be a regular spacedock XD
But wasn't the Romulan drone a new ship?
It was modified from an alien ship seen in Voyager. But wasn't the Romulan drone a new ship?
Though it’s mirrored.TrekMovie confirmed it's Mars in that clip
The whole scene itself could be mirrored for the trailerThough it’s mirrored.
However they did not confirm if it was supposed to be Mars..........could be a placeholder/non finalized VFX. We will know soon.TrekMovie confirmed it's Mars in that clip
Especially since he got all blowed-up back in 2002.;Data looks far better in 2019 than I'd ever have expected.
My guess is CG. For a dream sequence that will only last a few seconds, it seems the most practical.I'm guessing Ten Forward is a completely new build? I know parts of the set survived long enough to be used in "These Are The Voyages" but I'd imagine they've long since been binned?
EDIT: Actually according to Memory Alpha, only the Observation Lounge in TATV used old set components, everything else was built from scratch apparently.
