New competition for SyFy? The Syzygy Network

I'll check back in when they have a) original content that is b) either on a station I get or offered thru Netflix.

Right now Sygyzy has about 5 original shows ready to go. They are working on funding currently.
Got synopses of them?

Some info here:

I'm kinda bias to "Tales from the Minds Eye" for obvious reasons. lol

Why not just post a few descriptions here? Coupla sentences will do it.

Not to criticize something I'm very much in support of... but why does this remind me of the build up to the "Fan's Fifth Season of Enterprise" that we were fighting for with TrekUnited and SaveEnterprise? I mean, is there a chance in hell this will actually happen? I'd love to see a new Sci-Fi channel that was more like what Sci-Fi was "back in the day"

And just an honest opinion, where did that current logo originate, kinda reminds me of 2000 early internet era logo from someone's rpg forum. Cool at the time but oh so dated now.

And... are you really married to that name? I mean, do you have a 'nickname' for it? Its not something that rolls of people's tounges.

Just honest critique but I'm definitely interested in seeing this happen

No. I've seen stuff like this come and go. We might as well just talk about the ideas people in this forum have for sci fi TV shows. It can be interesting to discuss, but nobody should be counting on anything.

There not taking money nor asking fans to go out and send letters to places. It's basically showing support (Facebook and other places) to something that would bring more scifi to fans. Will it happen? who knows (it would make me happy if it did)? Maybe, if anything, it might prompt a major entertainment company to put out out a scifi/fantasy type channel to rival SyFy if they see enough support. I agree the logo is a bit dated looking and they plan to replace it. Also, I disliked the name when it was decided to use it 4 years ago, I have mentioned my opinion about it a few times but that is what they wanted to go with.
