there's a new BTS video with doug jones (on twitter). nothing as exciting as the previous one with SMG, but i think that's the female enterprise operations officer in the background at the 0:27 mark wearing a discovery uniform (indicating she also joins the crew). also you get a look at the revised airiam makeup at 0:18.

Sort of looks like her, you can almost make out her mouth... things. interesting that she seems to still be wearing a skirt.

Which I think is new, we've never seen a skirt version of the Discovery uniform.

Silly. Burnham likes skirts, pants, skants, traditional Vulcan attire, robes, prison uniforms, joggers, the latest Earth fashions -- whatever it is, her story encompasses it.
