Glad to see we're getting some info on the Typhon Pact books, since it feels like an eternity since I read my last ST book.

Looking forward to pretty much all of them.

I was speaking to someone online earlier this week who had said that while Path of Disharmony and Seize the Fire books will be centred on the Enterprise and Titan crew, Zero Sum Game will be like A Singular Destiny where the Aventine crew will be in a significant part of the book but they are not the main story and Rough Beasts of Empire is more of a Sisko/Spock story with only minor references to Deep Space Nine and the other DS9 characters like the Never-Ending Sacrifice was Rugal’s story.

Apparently they had been talking about it on a forum (not sure if it was from here). Stupidly I forgot to ask where this was being discussed (or remember his user name) but I have been searching but as of yet haven’t been able to find anything that is being discussed like this.

Has anyone read anything like this being discussed or know if there is any truth behind this or if it is only speculation?

I'd just like to jump in here and point out that "Rough Beasts of Empire" would be a great name for a rock band.

That sounds like speculation based on the plot summaries that are in this thread.

^ Ya, I find it HIGHLY unlikely that they are gonna jump 5 years into the DS9 timeframe and just focus on Sisko and Spock. DRG can write A LOT, but i think he'd run out of words with just those two characters.
