I can't believe I finally dug these up.

Halloween, 1977 - see why all the geek boys wanted me when I was 16? Oh yeah.

Note the costume details! I made that thing myself, without any help from publicity stills ... no internet back then, you know. I made drawings and took notes in a movie theatre. This was in the dark ages before VCRs and DVDs. Plus the movie was still in the theaters at that point anyway.

You're such a rebel.

Great stuff, TJ! :techman:

Cool! I can actually get in on the "ground floor" of this one.

Me, from our Alaskan cruise in June.

In honor of a visit from my parents, we had a big family gathering at my house on Sept. 19. This is my in-law family (well, about 2/3 of it) and my parents having our traditional martini toast ... to whatever is convenient. ;) My Dad is the one looking a little shell-shocked on the right end there. He's not used to drinking like my in-laws do. But, they got the hang of it. :shifty:

My folks, The Hubby and me at sunset on Perkins Cove beach in Provincetown (Cape Cod) last week.

That young man in red is a little cutie and that cake ain't lookin too bad either. ;)

Some people seem to have an affinity to posting random photos of themselves. Here a few of mine. :D

I think I speak for the board when I say we're grateful you did. :D

Nice work!
Thanks, Holdfast!

Those are WAY cool!!! If I'd met you back then, dressed like that, who knows ... I might have ended up straight! :guffaw:
That's me, turning SF geek gay boys straight since 1977.

goddamn, you hot then. man, that's five months before i was even born!
Hey, I'm still hot, you infant.

You're such a rebel.
You know it.

Why can't I meet a girl like you!
Are you hanging out at SF cons enough? :)

TJ: Did you say "frak" a lot back then? Just askin'... ;)
What I find amusing is, despite photographic evidence to the contrary, I wasn't a big Star Wars fan (and I *hated* Battlestar Galactica when it came along the next year). I just thought the costume looked fun, and I needed something to wear to the University of Maryland Star Trek club's Halloween party. :D I was a die-hard Trekker through and through!

Whoa...

Forreals, if I was a teen in the 70's, you woulda been mine
Let's see what you looked like at 16.

Hey, I was 16 in '77 as well. Awesome pics, TJ. :)

Flukie, scruffy-lookin' nerf herder
I like my guys scruffy. ;)
