I've seen W9 and reno accomplish this...if I had the ability, I might try it myself.
Have you thought of the Number One that I brought up several days...it seems like months now...ago. I think I found TOS episode of Chapel with dark hair that might work should you change the uniform gold...the dreaded Turnabout Intruder. The hair might need to be streaked to show her 11-13 years older. If you choose to a pic with cuffs then you might want to give her rank stripes comparable to what Number One might have had 13 years later.
Just a suggestion to get us back to b&b...booze & broads!

^^ Actually I have been thinking about this. One little thing is that Majel Barrett isn't actually 13 years older in TOS then she was in "The Cage." It may well have to be a doctored pic. However, I've come accross some decent enough photos of Majel Barrett from her appearances in TMP and the other films. That would show her more credibly aged from the assumed time of "The Cage." I'll see what I can do.

^^ Well they were members of the Federation and we had heard of a Starfleet ship, the Intrepid, with an all Vulcan crew so why couldn't there have been Andorians in Starfleet? There would be nowhere to shoehorn one in during the original 79 episodes, but if the series had continued then why not?

^ I remember there being one on Memory Alpha. It's a shame ST didn't have the budget for more alien races...and TMP has them so maybe.
It's a shame the andorians have never really been used as anything more than Klingons on the right side.

^^ I agree. I'm not sure exactly why, but I've always been intrigued with the Andorians. I envisioned them somewhat as a warrior race, but also different from the Klingons. Perhaps more like warrior Sikh or samuari with somewhat of perhaps a spiritual angle. They were something distinct that cried out for more exposure. I've been disappointed with the Andorians on ENT who stike me merely as Cardassians done over again. If Star Trek had been budgeted more like a motion picture then we just might have gotten to see more distinct aliens. At least the Andorian make-up wasn't quite as obvious as the Tellerite make-up.
Two ideas I'm toying with are depicting a somewhat believeable Arex and M'ress. And maybe conjuring up some more TAS scenes as live-action.

the actor is Jack Donner who also played the Romulan subcommander Tal in "The Enterprise Incident"
