NetHack 5.0.0 Released

It seems there isn't much interest in NetHack here, but the devteam just released 5.0.0. The last version was 3.6 something, and this is basically just 3.7 packaged as a new version. They skipped v4 because of an already-existing fork of the game from the dormant-development days.

Oh, I remember playing that back in the mid-90's. Fantastic game. Simple but full of depth. And rarely, very rarely, I would run into a co-worker lurking around in the same dungeon I was crawling. It's been a long time, but it might be interesting to pick it up again.
