Need some help on an episode, maybe I'm crazy

I just finished watching the Enterprise series. I had seen most of the episodes when they originally aired but wanted to sit and watch them all again. I came to the mirror universe episodes and something didn't seem right. There seemed to be some scenes missing from part 2.

I could have sworn there were some scenes where Archer is seen looking into his mirror selfs record and starts to wonder about being a better man and trying to change the empire into something more like the federation.

I also thought there was a missing scene that had to do with Archer making everyone wear the alternate TOS uniforms. Am I thinking of a different episode? Maybe it was from one of the other series and I'm misremembering? Or am I just crazy?

Mirror Archer doesn't want to change the Empire into something like the Federation. In fact, he's disgusted by the very idea of treating aliens as equals to Humans.

Mirror T'Pol, on the other hand, does want to change the world into something akin to the UFP.

I don't remember a scene with Archer forcing everyone to wear TOS-style uniforms, just that a lot of them started to do so because they had nothing else to wear.
