only Tony and Tim investigating the scene, I suspected that it could be Ziva in the body bag. I'd just seen something on Cote de Pablo negotiating her new contract with the show and figured that they had set it up in case she wasn't signing on for another season.

That is what I was in a conundrem about...But in the end I was happy it wasn't Ziva, but pissed because it WAS Mike. Now what is Jethro going to do with Dekker's "insurance policy"? After all he never read the CIA transcript Cort gave him....
