Didn't have the command insignia (the others were posted on startrekmovie.com then removed) so I had to alter one of the others to create it (until I can get a hold of the real one)

Any indications Nurse Chapel or McCoy's sickbay staff will have an insignia with a red cross shape on it like in TOS? There was always a fourth logo on old TOS delta arrowheads and the red medical cross was it.
