It's from DS9, 'Statistical Probabilities'.
Sisko definitely says it in that episode, anyway.
Just for fun, try to guess the Trek series and episode from as little information as possible - a line, or action, set element or screenshot, etc. Post your answer, then pose your puzzler. Movies 1-10 (up to Nemesis) ok too.
For example:
"I'M NOT USED TO DYING!"
Geordi LaForge, arguing with Leah Brahms.
Booby Trap, TNG
"Drink your prune juice."
(Feel free to post new puzzlers if we get hitched on a stumper).
Good luck!http://www.trekbbs.com//www.pinterest.com/pin/create/extension/
Friendly Reminder to All Players:
Reference any Trek series episode or film up to Nemesis.
For clues: give quotes, actions, screenshots, descriptions, or other.
If it's not readily apparent, please let us know what kind of clue it is. (It may not be as apparent as you think).
Try to keep clues limited to in-universe "lore". If you must reference something or someone not directly from inside a Trek story, please explicitly say so.
IE, it's better to reference stories directly than relying on Trivia, or IMDB stuff.
Welcome any and all players. If people are stumped, feel free to provide a new clue at any time.
Are we accepting portions of quotes?
If I may, I would think yes and no.
NO: "Fire!"
YES: "Mister Worf...Fire!" (TNG: BOBW) This is a recognizable unit of Trekdom that people actually have a chance of intuiting. The former is a pedantic waste of everyone's time.![]()
EDIT: I still consider Drone's one-word quote "Trekognizable"
When I got the idea for the OP I was actually trying to place the Prune Juice scene into its episode from memory - I was distressed to learn I COULDN'T DO IT! Even something so familiar for some of us - isn't always so easy to place.
I didn't want to bog it down with a bunch of rules, so I'm just going to say, this game is for defeating Moriarty, not Data.

Actually, Chubby Cox was correctly answering my clue, which was the screenshot of Wesley getting a face full of ice cream and was in fact from the episode 'Suddenly Human'.
I was playing by the rules set forth by the OP in the first post:
"Just for fun, try to guess the Trek series and episode from as little information as possible - a line, or action, set element or screenshot, etc."
Apologies if the rules had changed somewhere along the way to include only quotes, but well there's 16 pages in this post.
Nevertheless, Chubby was correct the ball is now in his court...
It's all good, ItIsGreen! No OP rule changes.
There were only a couple minor clarifications from the OP POV, FWIW:
