I'll go with Piece of the Action. There seem to be some Marilyn-esque sets on Sigma Iotia, and there's a lot of capturing and recapturing of the landing party versus the gangsters, errr, I mean, the Iotians.

 

Yeah, that was really a kooky idea that Kirk had there, thinking that a bunch of gangsters could make a good base for a viable world government... Kinda like putting Red Jack (the ripper) in charge of the hospitals.

They are hunted by the Ekosians and the Zeons and they have cameras and tv

---First the Gorn are hunting Kirk & Co. on Cetus III, then Kirk & Co are hunting the Gorn through space, then the Gorn is doing the chasing, then Kirk and the paper mache rock, the Gorn hunts Kirk into a trap, and then Kirk reasons it out....
