Name That Quote!

Ding! Ding! Ding! Leadhead has the ep!
H
TORRES: This isn't Starfleet issue.
JANEWAY: Where did it come from?
NEELIX: I obtained it during a trade.
JANEWAY: With whom?
NEELIX: Sister Dala.

And that notorious psoriasis comment was from the one, the only, that MASTER of improvisation... Lt Commander Tuvok!

TUVOK: The Telsian criminal justice system is rather barbaric.
JANEWAY: Tell her about the prisons.
TUVOK: Barely habitable. Inmates often die of malnutrition before they are brought to trial. Torture is commonplace, as is disease, including several incurable forms of psoriasis.
JANEWAY: I think she gets the general idea.

LeadHead, the quoting ball is in your court.

Okay, I'm determined NOT to cheat this time, but I'm stumped. Can I have a hint? Is the speaker either Neelix or the EMH?

Blink of an Eye?

The Doc. has returned for his 4 to 6(?) years absence from the ship?

No, no wait!

It's "Memorial", isn't?

Chakotay, Tom, Harry & Neelix have just returned all smelly and funky from their away mission & the Doc. is chasing them down to remind them of their after away mission physical.

I LOOKED through that one... but obviously not early enough in the ep!

So Exodus, do us a favor, pick something a little easier than LeadHead.

Critical Care. Janeway is trying to get a woman to give her information about Gar so they can find the Doctor.

(And I promise I'll do an easier one next time)

I can only speculate about my programmers motives. Perhaps he thought I might be summoned for important reasons.

The EMH to B'Elanna in "The Cloud". She activated him for a 2nd opinion.

(Love this part of the exchange too. "EMH: Now there's an interesting concept. A hologram that programs himself. What would I do with that ability? Create a family? Raise an army?" Especially since he basically did "that" during his 7 years on board!)

"I must point out that if you take the liberty of changing a time honoured recipe you are hardly presenting a taste of home."
