Hello, I have been watching some episodes of TNG on Netflix and am having trouble remembering one. Can anyone tell me the episode, I think the Enterprise is trying to help a world find an escaped prisoner or something along those lines, and the crew comes to find he was imprisoned because he is evolving and the people are afraid of him. At some point in the episode he actually evolves.
