Riker and Picard talk about Picard going on the away team, and Worf got to destroy the Promelian battlecruiser... something he never did before. And, why did they have to destroy that piece of history?

OK, breaking my non-interference promise, it has to be Genesis. Nothing else fits the frame.

Never mind... I just realized "Q was not in the episode" is a clue.
Something where Picard is in the away team maybe? Picard is on the away team in Contagion and Riker always argues with that.
