I am sorry but this is completely opaque to me.

 

Good efforts all. So I mentioned that the actor in this episode appears in my favorite Michael Winner film. Here he is in Death Wish.

 

Here he is with Jeff Bridges in Against All Odds.

 

In season 3, Troi, LaForge, Dr. Crusher, Picard, and Data were all kidnapped or held hostage all gunpoint. Picard was kidnapped three times in season 3, and assimulated by the Borg. Having a major character abducted or held hostage is a staple plot.

I assumed the actor would be a main character in those movies, damn that’s obscure.

Need to think about what episode would have Data thinking about death but only on the abstract.

Yeah, the answer to my defunct question was Arsenal but I think that it’s debatable whether Troi despite being higher ranked was actually farther down the chain of command in Disaster, as Data was above Beverly.
