"BLOOD OATH" is correct! Here are the explanations...
1. This sounds unappetizing... Cutting out the Albino's heart and eating it does not sound like a yummy meal.
2. A final honor... Dax lets Kang give the killing blow to the Albino, and Kang thanks her for honoring him one last time.
3. Science comes in handy... Jadzia is fortunately a science officer, which allows them to disable all the weapons and go hand to hand.
4. Good use of anger... Dax gets Kang angry so he'll agree to have her come along.
5. Nice slicing... Koloth slices his food very well.
6. Half are dead... Of the four going into battle, Kang and Koloth die.
7. Killing innocence... The Albino murdered the children of Kang, Koloth, and Kor. This can also mean Jadzia now has killed, removing her innocence of killing.
8. A victory against the Romulans... Kor's battle at Klach d'Kel Bracht was a win against the Romulans.
9. A threat against Quark... Quark tells Odo Kor threatened to kill him if he shut off the holosuite.
