Naked guy, in space, over Vulcan

Also, all ships in relatively close formation that left Earth at the the same time, travel at about the same speed, might arrive at Vulcan at roughly the same time and space, in the same relatively close formation?

Plus, they would be fighting a starship that wouldn't be moving much; if they learned tactics from the same people who educated Robau, they'd make a stand next to this enemy, resulting in a static cloud of debris.

Then again, Nero was found hovering next to the debris cloud, suggesting the cloud had near-zero orbital speed as well. Why weren't the starship pieces falling down? There might have been slow downward drift, admittedly, but there should have been rapid plunging instead!

Really, the timeframe wouldn't really allow Nero to reel up his drill, fight a mobile battle, then lower the drill again. And even if Nero had done that, the debris cloud would have no excuse being right next to the static and drilling Narada.

Space is disease and danger wrapped in darkness and silence... with just a hint of cinnamon.

...And a naked dead guy.

Amusing little thread! I can well imagine a Federation newscaster announcing "there's a naked guy in space, over Vulcan" to his viewers and then going to the live satellite for pictures! Ha!

Definitely a gold or tan miniskirt-tunic on her. And standard issue go-go boots. That's why you're imagining there's something on her left thigh - you're seeing the gap between the boot and the skirt hem.

I had a horrible thought... Gaila...

I had a horrible thought... Gaila...

My assumption is that Gaila is on the Enterprise. That's why she grins widely at Uhura when they are all being posted to ships.

Kirk approaches an Orion crew woman in the bonus scenes, mistaking her for Gaila, but probably he'd already seen Gaila's name on the crew manifest.

But they'd announced that Uhura was on the Farragut and that was before she'd tracked Spock down... Gaila may have been on the Farragut too and excited that she and Uhura were going to be on the same ship...

Maybe the guy was whacking off to hardcore interspecieal Vulcan-Andorian Lesbian Porn and then he got his ship attacked by Nero.? :(
