I thought it was every other wave, starting with the TOS crew in Wave 3?
Yes, that's what Brian had said. So TNG should be Wave 5, DS9 in Wave 7 etc.
I guess I misunderstood.
sigh…another delay for wave 1. At least 30 days. Not gonna lie, starting to get a bit frustrated.

Oh, I totally agree that it should be right and I’m glad that they are addressing it mostly ahead of time. But what could be close to a 5 month delay is a bit frustrating.
And to me it doesn’t bode well for the supposed Q3-4 release date for wave 2.

Glad to hear they are going to fix the issues. That is a good sign. However, what about those who receive the 1st shipment? He stated the 2nd shipment will be delayed but will those who get the 1st batch get an exchange/replacement?
Didn't know they were shooting for a 1,000 figure line! Where the heck am I going to display all of those?!! And 1,000 x $29 = $29,000 (USD)?!!! I mean, who really needs to eat three meals a day... right?

I think the "1000 figures" comment was more of a joking aspiration - i doubt they'll come anywhere close - it would also take them over 50 years at the current release rate, lol...

Well, this was certainly well worth the wait and feeling of uncertainty, because my Tuvix action figure finally arrived and it pretty much looks perfect (as hopefully these photos will show). The likeness of the face sculpt is spot on with both available facial expressions (although I think the more “neutral” expression looked somewhat more happy or smiling in the renderings, but it’s not a biggie) and I love how posable it is with all those joints. For some reason it came with one arm detached, but that was easy enough to fix. The details on the uniform, the hands and the props is gorgeous. They even managed to make it look like the skin features pores! The tricorder and phaser look perfect and the container with the orchid is such a cool addition. I still wish it would be in scale with the old Playmates line, but I suspect they wouldn’t have been able to include this level of detail on that smaller size.
So yeah, can definitely recommend and will now look into what figures to get from the other waves.
Oh, and with the help of the Janeway and Chakotay figures from Playmates I created a scene with a bit of a different outcome for Tuvix, where he was able to get the upper hand on Janeway at last …

Paging Dr. Keniclius 5.Amazing photos @Michael, thanks for sharing! Definitely puts my mind at rest as to the quality.
Would have liked to have seen giant Tuvix on the rampage knocking out tiny Janeway and escaping!
