Please accept my sympathy. My mother passed on Oct 7th of this year. She had pancreatic cancer - she would have been 74 a week later. I truly feel for you.

I hope that you can take some solace in knowing that she lived a long life. She obviously raised some amazing children. And I am willing to bet that she positively influenced more lives that anyone could possibly know.

Thank you all. The funeral was yesterday and it was love.
We had Taps and a flag that I received, everyone thought it went very well.
Small gathering as many of our friends were working and hers were gone before.

She will be missed, but the support from here makes the good memories outway the bad.

My sympathy, ancientone. I lost my mom to a brain tumor 10 years ago this December, and she was only 54.
