I take comfort from the fact that the person who made it probably only put "By Obama" because they were too stupid and ignorant to spell Barack. Much like they are too stupid and ignorant to understand what socialism is.
Pretty much my reaction as well - But that just means it works as some sort of thread bomb; because it's offensive and childish it doesn't matter that it isn't actually funny
