My first impression of Bakula was seeing him as a gay man

they misunderstood it. it's not the plastic bag scene but that EVEN a plastic bag scene can be thought as beautiful at the right frame of mind.

it could be argued that the FACT that the plastic bag scene was crap makes it even more important that the concept is kept.

if anything, a class should be discussing how terrible that scene is, what a complete waste of time, what an insult of intelligence and art.

so let's watch it for a fifth time..

Sadly enough, they did eventually agree to watch it again - but only if the scenes with Mena Suvari and Thora Birch topless were also replayed.
