Unfortunately, I was gone 16 straight days over the holidays and just got home for two days off. With some new major purchases arriving, I've had to deal with some of that the last two days. I'm home for the first couple of days next week and will have the time to sit and re-listen to the track and see if I can contribute something. So, by Wednesday of next week, one way or another I will have something to say or add.


By the way, if Shatna ever brings Yoko to this thread again, I'm going to quit the band!

That and the "keep thread" function.

The plan was to start over with a new track, but Shatna has expressed some doubt that we could pull it off since the other thread requesting a drum and/or bass track yielded exactly zero people able to do it. I may yet end up with a bass at some point, but I won't exactly be doing more than very basic stuff if I have one. So if there really is somebody to play bass and drums, step up. Oh, and you're needed in the other thread to play bass or drums on the already recorded Aurian track.

Aurian says she's gonna record the song this weekend, but it's not too late to add the rhythm if that's gonna be possible.

Why not just use a computer program to put in bass and drums? It has been a long time since I used it or saw it, but there was a program called Finale that could do all sorts of music functions.

A possibility. A decent one usually costs a few bucks, but one of these days I was hoping to get one anyway.

April 26 - April 28 2009 is 3 years. April 28 to November 3 is a week or so over six months.

So it's 3.5 years old, so I was off by a year.
