Nice big fucking spoiler, if it is.

Considering how it's getting plastered all over the Internet without spoiler warnings and many users around here are using that pic as an avatar now, I think the cat's extremely out of the bag.
Funny, by avoiding spoiler threads, I've somehow managed to go without seeing it, looking forward to seeing the thing objectively in its entirety.

Until this dickhead went and blew his load, that is.

It's on the front page of TrekMovie and as I said, no sooner did it go up then users in this very BBS started using it as an avatar almost as quickly as the first pics of the new Spock went up. You're just going to have to get used to this for the next eleven months.

Or people could exercise common sense and not post it into a caption thread just for the sheer hell of it.

Not rocket science. Pretty simple, infact.

I had no idea it was from STXI until I went to the STXI forum after seeing it here. What does it spoil exactly? That there is a ship in the movie called "Enterprise"? That the ship might be built or refit in the movie? Hardly earth shaking news.

So have I.

Still, can you use spoiler code on an image?

See, you can get what you want by asking politely instead of being an asshole about it. While it won't be long before the new/old Enterprise will be plastered on every website, coloring book, and lunchbox in the quadrant, I'll make the edit for those like Year of Hell who'd prefer not to get a glimpse of her just yet.

^ Just to clarify; I'm not pissed that the image was posted. I was just preferring to avoid any images until I see the trailer.

My question was vaid though - can an image be hidden by spoiler code?

Already taken care of. It was one of those moments where the bug to Photoshop came over me, like the "Rocket Man" stuff.

Enough of this; this is a caption contest, not a TrekWeb thread.

Picard: "It's a trap!"

Hey, you could save lots of antimatter if you changed all those lights to compact fluorescents!

And this is the Titanium series Death Star. It took stops at two Toys R Us stores, three Targets and four WalMarts over two weeks before I was able to find one! I almost shelled out big quatloos on fedBay, but I knew if I was patient it would pay off. Next, we'll move on to the Transformers and Battlestar Galactica figures that I keep on the other shelf in my quarters.

Picard: "Councilor?"
Troi: "Yes, this is where I felt a great disturbance."
Picard: "Data, what is that?"
Data: "That's no moon, sir."
Picard: "Wesley, what do you make of it?"
Wesley (whistling): "tweet tweet broopadupadoo"
Picard: "Mr Worf, anything on tactical?"
Worf: "Roooar."
Picard: "Merdi"

Stewart: "People, if I ever sink to this kind of low, feel free to hit me over the back of the head with a two by four."

Frakes: "Does that cameo in Robin Hood: Men in Tights count?"

Stewart: "No!"

PICARD: "This is why I hate ship to ship transfers. Could some one peel Ambassador Spock off the forward visual scanner?"

Spock: "Captain, I am holding the bag open."
Kirk: "Sensors indicate increased snipe activity, Spock. Stand by ... <snicker>"

Picard: "A giant Spock clone? I thought we agreed that we'd never revisit a planet from the Animated Series again!"

The acid Doctor McCoy gave me just kicked in.

"Contact Starfleet Command, Nimber One, and deliver the following message on a scrambled, anonymous fequency:

Trilithium party gag failed miserably.

Millions dead.

Don't give any more details, though."
