First and foremost, it's gotta be Prometheus. The Avengers is second (or, rather, was second... I can check that one off the list now). Definitely The Dark Knight Rises as well. I'll very likely see Brave and Men in Black 3 as well. I'm also very curious about The Bourne Legacy. And even though I'm still not entirely sold on it, I'll probably check out The Amazing Spider-Man at some point.
Beyond that, there's a few I might see, depending upon the reviews: Dark Shadows, Snow White and the Huntsman, Piranha 3DD, Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, and Total Recall are on that list.
Outside of all the blockbusters and special effects extravaganzas, there's a few smaller, indie films on my radar (i.e. Headhunters, Sound of my Voice, Moonrise Kingdom, and possibly a couple others that are escaping me at the moment).
