Well I don't normally do this sort of thing, but since my gameplay is usually of epic suckage, I just had a game I had to come in and post about it.

21 kills, 11 deaths. Highest score in the room. Highest K/D ratio in the room, most kills in the room.

But we still lost (team death match).

Well after the aforementioned game, I pretty much returned to my normal suckage, but at least it felt good to have one decent game. Keeps me coming back for more.

For me this game is a lot like golf. As bad I suck at this, I'm worse at golf (if that's possible). But every now and then I make a really good shot and that's what keeps me coming back for more.

Every now and then, I have a "good" game like the one described above, but I think after that game, I think in the next game I was like 1 and 11 or some shit like that. If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny.

I can relate. Went 12-3, 17-11, 9-2 and (wait for it) 3-18 during a 4 game stretch last night. Same gun each match and #1 and #4 were fought with my same team on the same map! Go figure...

Well, you can for some reason invite your friends into Merc Team Deathmatch... it's just that the teams are assigned somewhat randomly... maybe they just had really good luck. I think there should be more merc gametypes without invites. I like playing ground war, HQ, and CTF... but sometimes you get the clan types that are way too coordinated while your entire team is retarded. Very frustrating.

Has the nerf to the 1887s gone live for PS3 or PCs yet? It wasn't around on XBox Live last night as far as I could tell.

I can't wait for those things to get nerfed.

Model 1887 Winchesters, lever action shotgun. Unlocked at uh, level 67 I think. Usually used akimbo. Ridiculously overpowered due to their longer than normal range for shotguns. I'm sure you've seen people running with them if you've spent any time online.

Can't say I remember that exact shotgun, but yeah I've seen people running with double shotguns. Thanks for the clarification.

I bought this game two weeks ago and just started playing it last night, as the Battlefield Bad Company 2 beta ended today. A lot of the BF vets gave this game a bad rap but I've enjoyed it so far. The single player story is more fun then Battlefield Bad Company 1 single story. Haven't given the multiplayer a go just yet, but I've been checking out vids on YouTube along with reading this thread.

The variety of weapons to choose from is awesome. There have been a few guns that I hadn't even heard of. The airport mission blew me away too. Hardest mission so far is the first shoot out in Brazil. Kept getting picked off by guys on the roof.

Relax, its just another title-unless you wear it and stab enemies. Then you pass the "infection" on to your victims. No big deal. I always keep the "noobtuber" sig as a warning to other teams. That way, when they bitch I went 17-12 with tubes I can tell them to shut up, they had a heads-up at the beginning of the game. I've heard it too many times before....

Oh I think I get it, you're talking about those titles and emblem things you unlock. Hell I don't pay ANY attention to that stuff at all.

I've been using the Kleptomaniac title and the little Scavenger icon forever to show my love of the Scavenger perk... but lately I've been doing FAMAS sleight of hand, so maybe I should change.

Was playing FFA yesterday on Favela, and I felt for sure I would get my nuke... got to my 11 kill streak with my harrier in the air for all of 5 seconds so far, hit my chopper gunner kill a guy with it right away and queue the Hans Zimmer, Hi Def challenge completed, game over. 30 kill limit for FFA huh? Seems a little low, need to get your nuke streak started really quickly. But with that bunch I was sure another 10+ chopper/harrier kills were in store, and the one burst FAMAS stopping power kills in the wider streets were just too easy. I think I was host.

*sigh*, longest kill streak is still 24. One day Nuke, I will explode you. This I swear.
