MOAR PICS

I went kayaking over the weekend with some friends, our third year doing so. I even managed to bring along my camera. :)

A couple of jewelry projects I finished last night:

I made this pendant with clip art and scrapbooking papers between glass slides, then I soldered the glass together. Front:

I've lived in NYC ten years, and it is a big city -- but still I was staggered by the size of Mumbai. The city seems endless!

TSQ, out of curiosity, how is it dealing with your diabetes on the whole trip? In terms of complications getting needles on planes and through customs, are you able to find your proper kind of insulin in India, figuring out carb values of unfamiliar foods, things like that?

Maybe I should put this in your India thread? Oh, well.

Amazing photos! I'm glad your mom is better and it seems like a great opportunity to visit! Thanks for the photos TSQ! I really love this one!

(your harem pic in the other thread is cute as can be too!)
Aw thanks! I actually bought two pairs of those. You can't really tell in the picture, but these have cats all around the bottoms!

My mom's feet were swelling a bit from flying, so while she was resting in the lounge in the airport in Amsterdam, I searched for some slippers for her and found these. They made me laugh out loud, and they are so her that I couldn't pass them by even though they were airport priced:
