MOAR PICS

Girlfriend left work early to go to my apartment and made me a chocolate cream pie to be served after midnight. Gave me sports tickets, Yay! I'll get to wear my Union jersey to a game...I'm so excited, and have no idea how she managed to score TFC tickets. And when the Phils come to Toronto I'll be sporting my Utley jersey. I love it!

Oh my! How you doin'? ;)

I'm straight and not Scottish, but I dig that purple and blue patterned tartan in the middle.

If that makes me a little bit Scottish and a little bit gay, so be it.

Someone's been reading my wish list again ...

;)

:p

I like you too because my name is actually Alex too and anyone with that name is cool as far as i am concerned perhaps i could steal your Signature to add to mine:cool:.

Happy Birthday to us! At least I assume that's what the candles are for. ;)

Your girlfriend is very sweet to do that for you. Ahhh, young love ....

After 18 years, I'll be lucky to get a pat on the ass as I head out the door to work.

Saaaaaaaaaay ..., wait just a dog gone minute here .... :shifty:

Ruaidhri ..., where's our cake?

We used to get a little cake with candles on our birthday posts ....

I'm noticing a conspicuous absence of little cakes. :vulcan:

I, for one, would like to know what happened to our cake. And I'm going to stand here and hold my breath until I get an answer. :klingon:

oooo, hey, look at that: when did I make Commodore?

There is a cake at the bottom of the main page with birthdays next to it, but that's all you get.

Happy now? ;)

 Randi and Misfit, thanks. Those both made me laugh.

And RoJoHen, thanks for the info. I didn't know that was there. They must've decided to consolidate with the last software upgrade. Though I don't see Ruaidhri, so maybe I made a mistaken assumption.

I'm good with sharing ..., though I still miss having my own little cake on my posts .... :shifty:

:p

Oh, and since people have asked and this is a picture thread after all, here's the whole picture my AV is taken from. It's not the best PS work, but was fun finding all the elements and putting them together. ;)

That's because he doesn't have his birthday listed in his profile.

Have at it.

So to speak. ;)

Now THIS is epic!!!!!

GARM, Ava is absolutely adorable. And i am so pleased that you are indoctrinating her at such an early age!!

SkyDome. SkyDome! It's called the friggin' SKYDOME!!!

This is still a big deal, is it? ;)

Oh well. Could be worse, you could be a Marlins fan and have to deal with your stadium changing its name every other fucking MONTH... :brickwall:

Garm: Ava is teh cute. She looks like she's training as an opera singer. :techman: :D

Here are some pictures of me starting with as seems to be the thing a Kilt shot.

So do I; it would make a pretty awesome odd jacket, in fact. What clan is it and will I get stabbed with a dirk if I had a jacket made up in it and wore it in public? :)

Just got done with a production of The Philadelphia Story.
Cool pics. I plan on doing some am-dram or maybe actually take some improv/acting classes once I step back from my current job in late 2011. I enjoyed doing a few plays back in school, and it would be nice to get back into it a little.

It's definitely a good form of stress relief...and I always jump at a chance to ham it up on stage.

Hamming it up, I can certainly do.

Thanks for the encouragement.

That is an awesome cake.

Some pics from my day indulging my inner retired-65-year-old, 100 "National Trust Anorak" points to the poster who can ID the place (being a Harry Potter movie trivia buff would help ;) )

Not a Potter movie buff, but I liked the pics, wanted to see what the whole place looked like, and I am good at cheating when given a hint. It's Lacock Abbey in Wiltshire. Can I trade in my 100 Anorak points for a free National Trust membership so I can visit it too? :)

SkyDome. SkyDome! It's called the friggin' SKYDOME!!!

Man, I still call it Skydome, too. I also have a habit of referring to the Corestates/First Union/Wachovia Center as Spectrum II.

Oh brother, I just noticed the date of the Union-TFC game. Guess I'm skipping the CN Tower climb this year.

I wondered about the cake icon, too!

Gee, I wonder when that happened. I don't remember removing it.

[stomps off to user CP]

Just after noon today the fire alarm went off at work. As the 60 people in our company made our way down the stairwell a chorus of Happy Birthday broke out. And then began the jokes about how many candles there must be on my cake to cause the fire alarm to start.

And girlfriend left work early AGAIN to make dinner. Indian spiced stir fry. Yum! I inhaled this. Thankfully, my desi girl made it mild for me, knowing her gora man can't handle the heat so well.

And happy birthday back to you, TM!

My girlfriend is great...I'm very lucky. Though it's hard for me to think of it as young love. Was married for 10 years and now I'm about halfway through my life expectancy...if I want a family I need to get my ass in gear!
