So I got some bad news this morning. Remember my friend Katie? The one who passed away back in March thanks to a brain aneurysm?

Well, about three weeks ago, her father had a heart attack. He was on the mend, but then suffered another about ten days ago. He died this morning.

While I myself cling to the notion that Katie and her dad are together in the afterlife, words can't even begin to express the sadness, concern, and grief I feel on behalf of Katie's sister. Her whole world has been toppled upside down in the last few months.
