I still can't get over how those Padrees are contenders these days whereas last time I kept good track of baseball (01-06 or so) they were 4th or last!

Atlanta will be tough: in the regular season, Atlanta is 4-3 against us.

He seems like the best of whose out there, unless someone can lure a washed up Joe Torre back. I'd love to see Gonzalez as the new manager of the Jays.

Didn't get tickets for the playoffs (even through brokers it was hard to find anything other than single seats), but I just got my homer hanky and am eagerly awaiting the start of the game.

I was reading in the paper that the Twins are 0-5 in Wednesday playoff games under Gardenhire. Hope they can break that streak tonight.
