Nice to see the Phillies crush a team's hopes that aren't named the Dodgers for a change...
The Dodgers should never allow Broxton to take the mound against the Phillied again.
No idea how the Reds imploded last night. That was just bizarre. Maybe it's the CBP atmosphere...I heard that the fans were all over Bruce, and of course the hate for Scott Rolen will never die, so he'll always get booed and jeered. The shot in game one where TBS lingered on a fan making a cry-baby impression at Rolen was priceless.

It's more that he's a damned crybaby, who, upon hearing that the Phillies weren't planning on giving him a monster contract, went to the newspapers and started pissing and moaning that "the team won't do what it takes to win," and then had his agent tell the team that he was going to dog it until he was traded.

more that he was a whiny little bitch. There are plenty of players who left the team (especially though trade, but sometimes free agency) that the fans support.
To be somewhat fair, he didn't have an outgoing personality so fans had trouble connecting with him when he was a Phillies player. His refusal to show emotion led many to believe he didn't care. When he followed this up with his antics during contract negotiation, people's treatment of him completely soured. So I wouldn't say it's entirely his fault, although it is quite significantly his fault.
Should be an interesting ALCS. I definitely was not expecting the Rays to win in Arlington today...
I'm impressed with the Yankees. I honestly didn't think they could sweep and even doubted if they'd make it through the division series.
This is the first time they've ever advanced beyond the ALDS as the wildcard. 
What an exciting game. Phil Hughes rocked. Yanks got out of some bases loaded jams well...

Of course they were going to sweep. The Twins are the kings of postseason chokery.
That's okay, the Rangers'll beat them anyway.
Eh, I'm not so sure. If they get to the world series I'm guessing they'll face the Philies and I know they'll have a hard time with them.

It's all about Brian Wilson's beard, which then carried on to the rest of the bullpen. If you check out Wilson's beard, although he won't admit it, it's clearly dyed jet black.
The beard is not feared.
