MKF's Trek Gallery

Madkoifish

Commander
Red Shirt
Ok gonna do like I did elsewhere create a dump page for the gallery stuff EXP since these ones are mostly going to be long dead models or finished models.

Well got the Mughi all fixed up after having to export the geometry out into a entirely new scene and refreshed the materials as the old ones were terrible and some were somewhat BROKE. Ended up doing something slightly differently but eh oh well. Someday I will finish this model and likely refresh it as well. Anyhow more experiments in that lens poop look and foolery with various render passes to enhance things or allow for post alterations of lighting etc. I had planned it to be more PSYCHEDELIC in the palette but it all sort of drabed out oddly as I moved along in the process.

Anyhow expect to see more of this sort of thing as I mess about with ideas. I am thinking from here to xmas maybe I will comp up a image every few days maybe more. I might aim mostly at single subject images, showcases I guess over anything that has a story or other subject matter. BUT who knows.

Other images posted in my WIP thread as follows.

That is a gorgeous Romulan ship. Nothing wrong with a little love for the non-heros.

I do refer to non hero in the means that the model is not meant to be a focus model. IE it is very quick and dirty and not as detailed.

Here is another, the Onimaru. It seems this one the hull just did not react like the others likely and I forget if it is but I suspect it is a older hull style and I need to update it YUCK. Either way subject only render like all the others I have been cranking out.

Well, she looks well done, considering that she isn't as detailed as some of your other models.

Another one of the Onimaru decided to go back to simple for this one. Thinking I need to replace the scene file and the lighting rig. Then resurface it. Though some day I probably should finish it too.

I really do love that ship. You worked really hard designing her, and it shows.
