I'm not sure if you have but you should totally submit some of these to the Ship of the Line calendar folks. Amazing stuff.

4 times. Sadly it sounds like they do not want anyone who was in it previously through comments made with that contest.
This came out recently and should have everything up to 2014. Nothing from 2015 is in it AFAIK, I have not gone through it fully as my comps arrived damp (thanks UPS)
Bummer is I always wanted to do some way out there images at some point Such as painted works, and to do more non fed ships.
I do have to say much of what I have posted recently would even get in. Simple subject images are not what is wanted. Something has to be happening or be in evidence. "Ambush" and "Stellar Voyeur" might work as those have stuff going on. But the others are just pure eye fluff to showcase the ships. And exactly what I wanted to do as I experiment with stuff as I am not spending hours composing the image and subjects. Just finding a cool angle and working mainly on the lighting and post comp work. Plan is to latter on do some full on comps. Unfortunately I keep finding issues with older models so I am getting distracted and spending more time fixing models than I am working on the goal. HAH.
Id love to get more involved in things, like maybe book covers or even video. Who knows.

Could be I dunno. Message was this year that we were not wanted. I really do not know much more than what was about on the net as I never pressured for more info. Time will tell I suppose when the window opens.
That is something I will have to remember to do is look for a retailer around aug for 2016. Expected a bit more marketing for that contest.
