We've had so many threads lately about your wedding stories, and some of us are just in new relationships or preparing to propose, and so many of you have wonderful husbands or wives you love deeply, so this week we're celebrating love with Isn't it Romantic?

Your entry can be anything about love, courtship, marriage, special gifts, or something that just puts you in a romantic mood! Please remember your usual rules, 200 x 200 and 1 mb maximum, and please no movies or media!

My entry's the moon, it always works for me just like for Mary Hatch (Bailey).

^ After the mess last time, I told myself I wouldn't say anything in a similar situation in the future. And yet here we are, and I'm actually more generally vocal now than I was then, and I *still* want to say something. But I'm also a mod now, and this is supposed to be a fun contest, which I don't want to derail. So I'll take Elsa's advice and let it go.

OMG I had no idea I just thought well I did not think to research it - wow it is like the stuff happening now ... with people like mmmmm Charlie Rose or Bill Cosby ??? I will never look at that statue the same or the photo's of it ... --- sorry for that and also the length of time for me to get back here.

since I have been assaulted several times ... in my life.. I am deeply moved or say even altered by this knowledge... lets see If I can just delete said photo and all...

Oh it's so totally understandable think, I was so crushed I wasn't able to include it, I remember growing up with knowing of that image and I totally didn't understand. I always thought he was her boyfriend or something and they reunited after the war, but nope he just grabbed some woman on the street and forced himself on her without consent, you know what I mean? My reaction was just like yours when I first learned the truth, I also just can't ever look at it the same way again, right?
