apparently Moffat wants a clean break between RTD's era and his.
Most probably, and it's a pretty safe bet that the Doctor's face will appear in the credits.I'm all for it. The console should always be changing in my mind. Hopefully we'll get a redesigned opening sequence, too.

actually seeing Tennant give the TARDIS console room a make over, whilst he is at a loose sans companion, could be amusing, each specail the he will have done a bit more of the console room.apparently Moffat wants a clean break between RTD's era and his.
Absolutely nothing to do with it. (Never trust any information in a Tabloid that comes from our old friend Mr Unnamed Source.)
As soon as the decision to go HD was made a new TARDIS set was inevitable. (It was one of the key reasons given for not doing so before now.) And in fact, unless they plan not to have any scenes inside the Ship before the Regeneration happens we'll see it first in one of the Specials.
Yeah, I wouldn't expect to see Smith's face in the credits. Which is a pity because I would love to see that return in the opening sequence. It's a pretty safe bet to say that it won't since Moffat has made fun of that practice in the past. Most probably, and it's a pretty safe bet that the Doctor's face will appear in the credits.
I wonder how hi-tech, maybe ironman type window screens?A source said: "It will be the most hi-tech, intricate Tardis ever."
Nothing dates quicker than hi-tech, so I'd be amazed if they went in that direction.
I wouldn't mind if they changed the console room. It's happened before. I would like to see the Tardis grow to have extra rooms, like it used to. I always liked the idea of it being this massive, maze-like structure.

I remember watching Logopolis and the doctor inputting the dimensions of the tardis on some really ancient computer
Someone more computer savvy might know what computer that was at the time of filming
