Grilka was awesome! She and Quark had a better chemistry that Quark and Prof. Lang ever did. Wouldn't have minded seeing Grilka again, but they'd need some reason other than using financial double-dealing again.
I love the fact the Morn never speaks a word and yet we know so much about him in passing, just helps build the world a little more.
