His cousin? Well he was from Kansas so I guess that is okay.
She's not Lar Zods cousin.

They couldn’t get Michael A. Jordan?
What about Routh? They could do something with him. They set that up pretty well.
That could work. Maybe for season 4 as this season seems to be Red Hood and Firestar focusedI've been rewatching Titans. I'd like to see Routh as Supes on that show.
Routh has been pitched to them in his own Superman show. Watch this space. They couldn’t get Michael A. Jordan?

Brandon Routh deserves another chance!Routh has been pitched to them in his own Superman show. Watch this space.
Yes, so it seems a little odd that they are using the Earth 2 reference whom I'm not even sure is still in continuity.
Brandon Routh deserves another chance!
From the scripts I've seen they're really not that different. And I've noticed that we're starting to see a lot of TV/movie writers moving over the comics, and the other way around.Coates did have a very celebrated run writing Black Panther, though obviously writing for comics and writing for film are two completely different animals.
I think the most popular version of that right now would be Injustice. If there's no Lois, then there has to be some other lady - Lana Lang, Wonder Woman, even that mermaid Lori Lemaris - to ground him. Lois Lane is what makes Superman human, what keeps him tied to Earth once both his foster parents are gone. Take that away, you're on the road to Dr. Manhattan. Or the Knightmare figure we saw in Snyder's movies.
They're doing that in comics in the new Superman series that are going to be starting soon. He's going to be leaving Earth to hero in other parts of the universe, and will be leaving his son Jon as Earth's Superman.I always liked the idea that he takes a sabbatical from Earth and explores the universe. Leaving his descendants to protect it.
But he already sort of got it in the Arrowverse.Brandon Routh deserves another chance!

Eh, probably because nothing's really known yet about Jordan's project beyond the fact of its existence. But I'm definitely excited for it (though not for its mode of presentationHow did this get turned into a Routh thread?
