Menagerie Cometh (part duex...)

If it weren't for the large craniums, one could postulate that the two heads were like the forked tongue of a snake, used for gathering information about its surroundings, with the brain somewhere in the chest cavity. The craniums kind of dispel that idea, though.

My bio degree is only a bachelor's, but I'm thinking that a 2-headed chordate is kinda unlikely. Is the lemur a mutant?
you are correct here on Earth, though it does happen quite frequently as a mutation. But according to Dr. Phlox, Denobulan Lemurs come in a two headed variety. So, a two headed chordate may just be an actual viable organism, rather than a mutation.

THAT'S a great idea. I love it. Now do a bird that the TNG Romulan symbol would have been based on!
