May have been a good episode...

I was thinking if I were a writer on DS-9 what could I have come up with. My story start in Quarks bar after closing and several Ferengis are playing Tongo with Jadzia, the conversation between the Ferengis start to make fun of those "HUMANS" and their lack of greed. Although Jadzia is a Trill she gets a bit ticked off and makes a bet with Quark that if she wins the Tongo game they are playing she gets to run Quarks for one week to see if she could out-profit him. Of course, she does win the game and gets to run Quarks for a week. She gets permission from Benjamin for a one week leave to run the joint. The rest of the episode could revolve around Quarks attempts to run down business and Jadzia running the business up.

This would be a lighter episode and with so much of the Dominion war episodes it may have been a nice escape episode in the same way that
"Take me out to the Holosuite" was.

Any comments???

Actually, that sounds like it would fit rather well as one of the lighter episodes. You could throw in bits about Quark either getting caught by Odo while sabotaging Jadzia or getting upset that Odo was never around while Jadzia made, ahem, "deals." But as a writer, you would have to learn to spell Hew-mons correctly. *grin*

Wow, that actually sounds like it would be a great episode. Dam, now I really wish DS9 was still on.

Yeah, I agree that it actually sounds like something that could work.
