Well, if we never see the character again, at least his arc is sufficiently wrapped up. And if I recall correctly, this is the second time something like this has come up concerning Jeremy Renner. Where there's smoke there's fire. And if he really did threaten to call ICE on the young lady, then fuck him all the way to hell.

I usually like the give the people the benefit of the doubt, but the fact that these are the second set of accusations against him is definitely looking like they're true, and hopefully some action will be taken against him.
At least we still have Kate Bishop if they want to do something Hawkeye related. And after these accusations, having a woman completely take over as Hawkeye seems like an appropriate response from Marvel.
what if they have someone else play as hawkeye
which they should have done with kane

They already have Kate ready to take over the name, and we've already gotten plenty of stuff with Clint, so recasting seems unnecessary to me. While I enjoyed Jeremy Renner as Clint and if he wasn't an asshole, I'd have no problem with more appearances, there's nothing left that really needs to be done with him. I don't remember exactly where they left him off at the end of Hawkeye Season 1, but I'm pretty sure from what little I do remember, that it would be as a good place to leave the character.
^ Right. He was essentially retired at the beginning of the series, and it was only seeing Kate on TV in the Ronin suit that brought him back into the action.
And now Renner's lawyer's response to Yi Shou's accusations is that she pursued him but other than one encounter Renner didn't respond.

Which seems to be the standard response to these kind of accusations. Whic means we're now in the he said, she said part of the situation. Although based off of the linked story, her accusations do seem more believable to me.

Regrettably I looked at her instagram profile which is flooded with postings related to her accusations against Renner. It makes her seem a bit off balanced and more like a jilted lover considering the amount of stuff she has posted. Even going back to before these accusations she's posting fan made images of herself and Renner. According to her they were in a relationship AFTER he sent those photos.

I'm not sure who to believe. I suspect this is might be another Johnny Deep/Amber Heard situation where both of them are kind of toxic towards each other. I do know though one thing you can't do is trust clickbait media reporting on the story because who knows what information they are keeping out of their stories.
