If I know Hollywood, someone probably decided that she was too old because she's a woman even though the males are of similar age.
Well, it's not like Famke and Halle were really all that good as Jean and Storm...though the writing didn't help

I'm starting to suspect that we won't actually ever see the Earth-10005 universe again now that Wade Wilson has come to Earth-616 and that the X-Men characters we've seen in The Marvels and will see in Doomsday are from a brand-new universe even though they're played by the same actors that played characters from Earth-10005.

Wade hasn't actually moved to 616 yet.

I think most expect he will by the end of Secret Wars, but in fairness we don't actually know that with certainty. It's possible Deadpool and Wolverine 2 will still take place in Wade's home universe with travel/references to 616.

Yeah, there was little emphasis on continuity, Fox needed a Feige.

I was talking about Jean, but now that you mention it, yes, Raven died in 1992 in the post-DOFP revised "new" timeline. ( Also, that was the fourth movie in the First Class continuity, not the third. )
It's starting to look like the X-Men who turn up in Avengers will be from a universe in which the first three X-Men films ( or their equivalents ) happened but DOFP did not. Or they could be from a point in the "original" timeline prior to 2023, if that's an option.

oh yah jean grey died in x men 3 the last stand along with scott but when that happened it was most likely in the original x men films universe

unlike raven who died which i think was in another universe called the x men first class films universe

and as for days of future past well what i think happened was when present wolverine got sent back in time to the past he was still in the original x men films universe and that first class group that he encountered was actually from the original x men films universe

then in x men new class 3 age of the apocalypse it was in the first class universe and the wolverine who time traveled was the first class verison who was from future in the first class timeline because in the end of days of future past scott and jean are there where they both died in x men 3 the last stand

so its most likely that the x men team that is on avengers 5 will be either from the original x men films universe or from another universe thats within the mcu multiverse just like how the fantastic four are from the 1960s universe which is within the mcu multiverse

Does Reynolds want to return?

What do you mean? Plenty of pregnant women shoot film and television without any issues and are able to hid the pregnancy if necessary. No CGI necessary (see Gates McFadden in season three of TNG among many examples).
Hell, Scarlette Johanson filmed at least some of Age of Ultron very pregnant. So I think a lot of the full body shots you saw of her were either a double or she had her baby bump digitally removed.
Women film this kind of stuff while pregnant all the time, it's hard to think of think of a TV show that's run more than three or four seasons who hasn't had at least one pregnant cast member. The Rookie's had at least two or three of the woman in the cast get pregnant during it's run, and one of them did it twice.
And in Star Trek we had Gates McFadden, Nana Visitor, and Roxanne Dawson get pregnant during the shows. I didn't realize that they did the whole extra coat over the uniform trick for Gates McFadden, I though they only did that for Roxanne Dawson.
As has become an annual tradition, I watched Werewolf by Night this evening. The special is pitch perfect and remains deliciously macabre and a beautiful callback to 50s monsters films, but with modern sentiments. I'm continuously disappointed that we haven't gotten any kind of follow-up with Elsa, Jack, and Ted, whether in another special or crossing over to any show (especially What If...?) or film. Perhaps they'll appear in Blade if it's actually produced. Perhaps that was always the intended next stop for them but the wait has unfortunately extended greatly.
I've been thinking about rewatching the Marvel shows, so I decided to start off tonight with Werewolf by Night. I haven't watched it since it was originally released.
