That's always a possibility, but Marvel seems to be pretty good at getting people to come back or convincing them to stick around, so I wouldn't be surprised if we saw most of the actors keep coming back. One thing I've been wondering is - presuming the Champions/Young Avengers/whatever is finally a go, how will the different profiles of the actors change the show?
The basic issue I see here is they're all at somewhat different levels of fame. Several of them are known names in Hollywood and have either co-led or outright led their own series already. Others have had less exposure, with supporting roles in movies serving as their introduction.
The issue I see is becoming part of an ensemble means less screen time overall, and having it as a Disney+ series rather than a movie means it's not going to be that prominent.
I dunno what sort of contracts they have for them - maybe they signed some sort of multi-project agreements like the Avengers actors did - but I could see Steinfeld or Locke noping out after a season or two, just because they've got better things to do.
It's also worth keeping in mind that their seasons are fairly short, so it wouldn't be that hard to squeeze in a season between movies or other shows.
