As a two-time Junior High Spelling Bee Champion from over 50 years ago, I'm often appalled.

Yes, that's where I choose to stop.

Thank you, and goodnight. :techman:

It does fit in with what we do know, and that is that Bob iger has stated that they have quietly killed a few projects. And given that we haven't heard so much as a a single update regarding the production of Armor Wars...

I have a feeling the killed projects are probably ones we haven't actually heard about yet. Although looking at the articles that come up on a Bing search, it does look like most of them are from 2022, so that is a bit concerning.
In actual news (maybe..), Agatha might have changed its name yet again although considering the subtitle, it seems awfully weird:

The first title revealed back in 2021 was Agatha: House of Harkness. A few months later, at Comic-Con 2022, that was changed to Agatha: Coven of Chaos. A year or so after that, it became Agatha: Darkhold Diaries. Finally, earlier this year, it became just plain Agatha. You’d imagine it couldn’t change again (unless, of course, Marvel finally goes with the always-best choice Agatha All Along) but that may not be the case. Monday morning, the official Marvel Studios account tweeted a new Agatha title which was deleted only minutes later. The title was Agatha: The Lying Witch With Great Wardrobe.

io9 reached out to Disney for clarity on what that title is or isn’t and will update this post when or if we hear. The fact the title was deleted makes one thing clear though. It is not the title of the show. At least, not yet. Maybe it was a mistake or a joke. But either way, whatever “The Lying Witch With Great Wardrobe” is, we are here for it.

Now, objectively, it’s the worst title of the bunch. It’s just too long and too hard to say. And yet, its C.S. Lewis roots and almost sassy energy do fit with Agatha’s vibes. It’s also a literal, factual statement. Agatha is a lying witch and she does have a great wardrobe. So, whatever the case regarding the reveal and delete, we hope it’s at least the title of one of the nine episodes coming later this year.

I could definitely see that as an episode title, but not sure about it being the series title.

Sounds like they're leaning into the name changing thing for fun and publicity.

That or someone either gotwind of being fired or just wanted to be, and just went crazy in their last hours on the job.

I totally understand the slowing down / pacing.... thatis what the CW should have done (have 2 maybe 3 super hero shows at the most.... a "serious" show, then a more fun one )... with Disney +.... they need to pace the expensive shows with more modest ones , which i think some of the other streamers are doing pretty well??? (Or they haven't hit their limits quite yet)

I was watching CTV (channel up here in Canada) and one of the bottom screen ads popped up and said there was an all New episode agents of shield this week. And I’m like ???

Description of the Agatha trailer

https://www.ign.com/articles/agatha-disney-series-gets-official-final-title-and-release-date

It opened with Agatha Harkness not as the witch we saw in WandaVision, but as a detective struggling with a murder case. As she glances at a list of dates, next to October 13, a familar name appears: "W. Maximoff."

Aubrey Plaza's character appears after that, asking Agatha, "Is this really how you see yourself?"

"That witch is gone, leaving you in a distorted spell," Plaza says. "Claw your way out."

We then see Agatha snap out of it, saying, "She took every bit of power had. I can be that witch again."

What follows are a number of eerie, witchy sequences as Agatha vows to walk the Witch's Road and build her coven. Then, we get a quick look at Patti LuPone's character.

"What witch in her right mind would join Agatha Harkness' coven?" LuPone says.

Agatha gasps and responds, "I'm not looking for right-minded witches.
