Well, if DR movie news said it then it must be true. Although it's the first time in my life to ever hear of DR movie news. Is that D.R. or DR as in Doctor? If it's DR as in Doctor then I say this is legit because Doctors know stuff.

Grace Randolph claiming Charlie Cox is now a lock for Spidey 3 as Matt Murdock, who will be Peter's lawyer. Fiege had considered using the position as a backdoor for Jennifer Walters, but felt the Spider-Man connection was strongest with Matt. Cox may also be in the She-Hulk series.

He won’t appear as Daredevil. Just replace generic lawyer in the scenes that deal with Peter’s legal fall out from the identity reveal.
And because Matt Murdock exists (and has some experience in the matter) it would make sense that he seeks out Peter for some pro bono work.
Have him played by Charlie Cox will only mean something to people who watched the Netflix show.

How trust worthy is Collider? Because they're saying that Andrew Garfield, Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst are in the movie, and that Emma Stone might show up, if she can do it around her pregnancy.
