I'd actually like to have the thread started regarding teacake's idea about TrekBBS posters to be stranded with.

I won't stop you guys, but I'd rather we didn't. We used to have a string of those popularity contest threads (which, regardless of intentions, is what they always boil down to) and it always winds up making people feel left out and that things are way too cliquey around here. Plus, when you start one, it always prompts people to start a bunch more, which contributes to the problem I mentioned above.
