Mandela Effect

Some times it may have happened to me, but I still don't think I'm wrong ...

I thought in the The Simpsons episode set in the future where Donald Trump became president before Lisa it also included that Ted Kennedy, Rush Limbaugh and Hillary Clinton also were/had been future presidents.

I also thought there was an episode where Marge sang/hummed the '60s Batman theme, looking through trivia sites they claim that Homer sometimes did but don't mention that Marge did.

Dolly in Moonraker. "Dolly has braces to complement Jaws' mouth full of sharp metal teeth!"

Nope. She doesn't and never has, but that hasn't stopped some fans from insisting that Dolly had braces when she first smiles.

I do wonder the same when watching old TV shows on Netflix. I swear some scenes are missing from certain episodes on certain shows.

That actually points to a different kind of problem. Thing is, this is likely the effect of syndication where more commercials are squeezed in, requiring in some scenes being removed. So then, it begs the question which version Netflix is being supplied, the originals or the syndicated versions.

What if you remember her having suspenders?

I think it's a bracist comment...

I never believed they were an item.

I thought in one of the the Voyager episodes with Barclay and Troi, Riker made an appearance, but it was just a mention.

I'd say both.

Perhaps you were thinking about Death Wish?

I've heard that they were thinking of replacing Janeway with someone else during the early episodes of Voyager but I don't know if it was just a rumor or if it really did happen.

There was a different actor playing Janeway when they started filming, they brought Mulgrew in after, maybe that's what you were thinking off

No that's not what I mean. They were thinking of eliminating the Janeway character altogether and replace her with someone else, maybe Picard even. Something like Janeway is killed by... whatever and then Picard turns up in a pod or something or maybe he was also abducted by the caretaker and put in stasis, something like that. It was possible then since TNG was over but they changed their mind about this... but maybe it's just a rumor.

No, I was thinking a Barclay/Troi episode, probably Inside Man. I know about Riker being brought over by Q in Death Wish.
I meant the possibility of mixing up a scene with Riker in Death Wish and inserting it with one of the Barclay/Troi episode, in your memories.

I've found myself remembering an "episode" only to realize certain scenes actually happened in different episodes, during a rewatch.

With Voyager, I thought that in the episode "Drone" after the Doctor says he knows Seven can smile she replies "That was not a smile that was a smirk" but that appears to not be there, just in the later "Human Error".

The truth is there's another earth rotating the sun, only at the opposite end of our orbit. It's exactly like this earth only everything is flipped around.

Hey, I remember that film.
