Everyone pumped for Zendikar? It's looking pretty damn sick.

Some really sick cards so far. Thoughts?

The last core set came with a lot of terminology changes:

"The Battlefield" is just the new name for "The In Play Zone". It was just designed to add a little flavour.

In this spirit they have also turned "Play" back into "Cast" (which us older players never stopped using )

You might see "Exile" as well, this is just a new name for "Remove from the game" It came about because a lot of cards were removing cards from the game and bringing them back - some of them could even effect the game from the "removed from the game" zone so the term "removed from the game" stopped making much sense.

It looks like it'll be a set with powerful creatures and an emphasis on land control. I haven't got the money to play seriously but I wouldn't be averse to checking out the prerelease.

With Fetches and Planeswalkers this set is going to be huge, so I'm getting at least a box. Some of the Fetches are pre-selling for 20 bucks already. You scoop 2-3 in a box, you are set pretty much.
